1. What is PasarTAP?
PasarTAP is the grocery delivery service that you've been waiting for. Our products are sourced directly from the best Pasar retailers and Mydin hypemarkets. Get your fresh produce and household products delivered to you the same day if you order before 3pm.

2. How much is the delivery charges?
There’s 10% handling fee and RM3 delivery fee.

3. What’s a handling fee?
Handling fees are the charge incurred for the service rendered by our logistics ecosystem that includes our suppliers, buyers and riders. This will guarantee great service and value to our customers.

4. Where do you get your products?
PasarTAP currently partners with the best of the best in Pasar Awam Chow Kit. And as such, we could offer a comprehensive and fresh selection of items at the most competitive prices you can find online.

5. Do you deliver to my area?
Yes we do if you live in the Greater Kuala Lumpur area.

6. How fast do you deliver?
Order before 3pm to get same day delivery between 5pm to 7pm. Orders after 3pm will be delivered the next morning based on time slots.

7. How much does delivery cost?
FREE Delivery for your first order! For your future orders, it’s only RM3 per order!

8. What are the delivery hours?
10am – 7pm because the Pasar closes at 6pm. But we’re working on something to extend the hours. Watch this space.

9. What does it mean if an item is “sold out”?
Sold out means our freshest products for the day supplied by our partners down at the Pasar has been, wait for it… sold out.

10. What happens if something is "out of stock"?
Normally all our items will only be sold out for the day. Come and check the item on the next business day. Or you can email us at customersupport@pasartap.com.

11. Are PasarTAP products Halal?
The owners of PasarTAP whom are 100% Muslim would assure that all the products sold are from Halal-certified suppliers.

12. How do I check the status of my order?
The rider will notify the ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) after the items are packed.

13. Do I have to be home to get my orders?
PasarTap is currently using a delivery system that does not require customer signature. Therefore you do not have to be home to receive your groceries. Just make sure there's someone at the door.

14. How do I cancel an order?
To cancel an order, click “My Account”. If you are not signed in you will be asked to sign in. Click “Order History”. A list of your orders will be displayed. If the order you wish to cancel is within the one-hour window a “Cancel” link will be displayed under “Options Available for Order”. Click on the word “Cancel”. PasarTap wants to make sure you do not accidentally cancel an order, and therefore a button with the order number appears. Click on the button with the word "Cancel" and the order number, and that order will be cancelled automatically. You will not be charged any fee to cancel an order that has not been processed by our office.

15. How do I report a problem with my order?
If you have any problems with your order, please email us at customersupport@pasartap.com.

16. When will I receive my refund?
Your refund will be paid back into your bank account within 7 days.

17. How do I review my receipt?
You will receive your receipt via email after you have received your delivery.

18. How do I return items?
You can only return the items and get your money back when the rider sends over the items. Keep in mind that we keep in-store receipts for accounting purposes. If something seems to be wrong with your order, such as a missing or incorrect item, please reach out to our customer service team by emailing us at customersupport@pasartap.com.

19. Who will pick and choose my wet items?
Our suppliers whom are veterans of Pasar Chow Kit will pick the best and freshest produce just for you!

20. Who will deliver my order?
Your orders will be delivered by our experienced riders using motorcycles equipped with a specially designed and custom-built delivery box.
